Art Reichlin was the 2003 Vern Storey Memorial Trophy Recipient #380 is a 1928 Chevrolet, built very similar to #280. Except this car utilizes a Oldsmobile head and has been adapted with hydraulic brakes. Built in 1996, when this car was completed Art lost ownership of car #280 to his wife Helen.
