The car most likely was built in Sydney Australia by Charlie Spurgeon as an R&R special, either with a Roof 16 valve head on a T block or a Chev four with Olds 3 port head with T ford transmission and crank case. Charlie was dirt track champion of New South Wales and advertised building Fronty, Rajo and R&R specials for 1/4 mile dirt track racing to your specification in approx 1932-33. There were a group of about eight Fronty / Rajo Cars that raced mostly at Wentworth Park and Granville with the odd race at Speedway Royal and Penrith Speedways. I do not know what the frame is from but it is underslung at the rear and conventional in the front. The rear Dumb irons are from a 1918 Stutz. There are a few small news paper articles describing the building of possibly this car in 1933 for the Dirt Track Club of New South Wales. It was driven by a new club member at one of the club meetings
