Art Reichlin was the 2003 Vern Storey Memorial Trophy Recipient

#280 is the first Speedster Art built in 1995. It is a 1928 Chevrolet with a1920-22 radiator. Set up with a down draft carburetor, utilizing a Johnson reproduction overdrive and 31 Chevy wheels, with hydraulic brakes adapted. Never having seen a Chevrolet Speedster I fabricated it with some ideas of my own.
