Epoxy Coat Two

I put the second coat on about 4 hours after the first coat.  You can either apply the second coat before the first coat has cured and get a chemical bond or you can sand the dried epoxy and get a mechanical bond. A total of 3 coats will probably be needed.  Coats 2 and 3 are brushed after they have been rolled. An experienced guy can give a lot of pointers on applying epoxy. There is much to learn.
